DAY 3

Tuesday, October 3

SCRIPTURE: “God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him, though He is not far from any one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are His offspring.’” Acts 17:27-28

OBSERVATION: Are we seeking the very presence of God in our lives today? If you do, you may notice that Paul says ‘He is not far from any one of us’. God has left His autograph on every flower that grows, on every river that flows, on every star that glows and on every breeze that blows; He is not far from you. The Poet, Alfred Lord Tennyson said, “God is closer than breathing, and nearer than hands and feet”. He is closer than the scarf you are wearing or even the shoes on your feet. And this God desires a personal relationship with you through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Seek Him today.

PRAYER: O God, I ask that You would make yourself real in my life. Make me sense Your very presence in my daily walk. Whether I am awake, or asleep. At my place of occupation or entertainment. Help me to sense Your Presence O Father in all of my daily activities and help me to glorify You. Let me sense Your Holy Presence in my daily life and to give glory and honor due to Your Name. It is in the Name of Jesus I pray these things, Amen.
