SCRIPTURE: “First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, for kings and all those who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. This is good, and it pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” -1 Timothy 2:1-4
OBSERVATION: God desires for all of us to live a peaceable and quiet life that is characterized by godliness and holiness.
PRAYER: God, please help us to be unified as we work together as a community for the cause of Jesus Christ. Help us to live peaceably among one another. And give us a desire to encourage and work with those who need our help.
