DAY 30: Friday, October 30
TOPIC: Anxiety and Mental Health
SCRIPTURE: Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
OBSERVATION: God calls us to entrust our anxieties to Him because He cares for us. Even biblical writers faced fear and mental battles, but God provided ongoing strength, peace, and stability.
PRAYER: Lord, we come before You just as we are, bringing every fear, anxious thought, burden, and concern that weighs on us, knowing that nothing is hidden from Your sight. Your Word invites us to bring everything to You in prayer, so we submit to You the circumstances beyond our control, the fears we cannot conquer, and the questions we cannot answer.
Guard our hearts, thoughts, and minds. Remind us of Your presence with us today and Your faithfulness tomorrow. We thank You that Your peace surpasses our circumstances, our fears, and the thoughts that trouble us. Today, we choose to anchor our trust in You.
