DAY 31: Saturday, October 31
TOPIC: Those Unreached with the Gospel
SCRIPTURE: “At the same time pray for us as well that God will open to us a door for the word, that we may declare the mystery of Christ.” — Colossians 4:3
OBSERVATION: God’s grace is at work in the world, reaching toward every person with the good news of Jesus Christ. Yet many have never heard that good news or experienced it through the loving witness of Christ’s people. Paul reminds us that sharing the gospel begins with prayer. We pray for God to open doors, and for eyes to recognize where God is already at work. Those opportunities may be across the world or across the street. We are called to join God’s work with humility and courage, bearing witness to Christ through our words, our relationships, and lives shaped by love.
PRAYER: Gracious God, pour out your Spirit upon those who have not heard the good news of Jesus Christ. Open doors for your gospel and open our eyes to see them. Give your church courage to speak, humility to listen, and love that makes Christ known. Send us into the world as faithful witnesses to your grace, so that all may know the life and hope you offer in Christ. Amen.
Thank you for joining in prayer with your neighbors across El Dorado and Union County, Arkansas for the 2026 40 Days of Prayer. Please continue to pray for blessings and unity for our community.
We are so grateful for your partnership in God’s Kingdom work. May you and yours be blessed.
